Maria Manuela Brito Martins

Ph.D. in Philosophy and Letters from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve at the Institut Supérieur de Philosophie in Belgium. She teaches in the field of Philosophy, specifically Ancient, Medieval, and Contemporary Philosophy, as well as Ontology and Philosophical Seminars. She is a member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Theology and belongs to three international scientific associations: SIEPM (Société Internationale pour l’Étude de la Philosophie Médiévale), INSN (International Network of Scholars of Nietzsche), and AASC (American Association for the Study of Cynicism). She has national and international publications in the field of philosophy and has authored two textbooks: Ancient Philosophy and Medieval Philosophy, published by the Catholic University Press, Porto
