Biologist, Ph.D. student in Social Sustainability and Development at Universidade Aberta (UAb), educator, and landscaper, with 21 years of professional dedication in management, auditing, environmental forensic expertise, and university teaching in Brazil and Cape Verde. Over the past 10 years, she has been involved in various studies and projects (both national and international) focusing on sustainability, local and central public policies aimed at mitigation, adaptation, risk management, vulnerabilities, exposure, and impacts on human and natural systems in coastal areas facing climate change. 

She served as a member of the Coordination Core of the Local Platform for Sustainable Development on Boa Vista Island, and was one of the authors of the Municipal Strategic Plan for Sustainable Development. Currently, she is a Consultant and Expert at Instituto ECOCENO for Sustainability (Brazil and Cape Verde), and a member of the Industry Decarbonization Program at SENAI-SP, which aims to promote sectoral diagnosis of carbon dioxide emissions and removals to foster Planning, Development, and Innovation for mitigating and adapting the industrial production profile in São Paulo State.
