Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Federal do Pará.Direct PhD in Urban Environmental Structures from Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Universidade de São Paulo/CAPES (2005), supervised by Prof. Dr. Nestor Goulart Reis. Post doctorate from the same university and FAPESP (2007-2010), Post-doctorate at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2020-2022), and researcher, at the same university, at the Núcleo de Estudos de História Social da Cidade-NEHSC/PUC/ SP. Integrated member of the Centro de Estudos Globais da Universidade Aberta (UAb),Portugal. Professor at the Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes (2012-2021) and Universidade Paulista (2014-2020). Architect in the ”Programa Médico de Familia” of the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), in the city of São Paulo, Brazil (1988-1996).
