Tatiana Somià holds a PhD in Management Engineering from the University of Padua (Italy) and PhD in International Cotutelle in Management with specialization in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from ISCTE Lisbon. Current research project: Marie Sklodowska-Curie Global Research Fellow Project WOentrecompMEN. A comparative study of Italy-USA on male and female entrepreneurship through the EntreComp Framework. Research interests: Female entrepreneurship, skills assessment and development, and coaching for entrepreneurs.
