Tarcísio Jeremias Memória Ekulica

Tarcísio Ekulica is graduated in Sociology from the Open University of Portugal (UAb) and he holds a Master’s degree in Portuguese Linguistics – Research and Teaching from the Open University, and a Master’s degree in International Economic Criminal Law from the Instituto de Altos Estudios Universitarios (IAEU, University of Alcalá, Spain). Currently, he is a PhD candidate in Global Studies at UAb. He is the National Coordinator of the NGO – HOMEA (Horizonte Media de Angola) and a Professor at the Polytechnic Institute Sol Nascente (ISPSN, Angola). He is a researcher at the Center for Global Studies of the Open University.
