He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2005), a Master’s in Philosophy from the same university (2000), and a Bachelor’s and Licentiate degree in Philosophy also from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1998). Since 2009, he has served as the Editor at the Catholic University of Petrópolis. He was the Vice-Rector of Undergraduate Studies at the Catholic University of Petrópolis from 2020 to 2021 and the Vice-Rector of Research and Postgraduate Studies from 2016 to 2021. Between 2014 and 2015, he was the General Coordinator of Research and Postgraduate Studies at UCP and the Deputy Coordinator of the Master’s Program in Law from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, he is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Center for Global Studies at the Open University of Portugal (CEG-UAb).
