PhD from the Postgraduate Program in Public Policies and Human Training at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (PPFH/UERJ). Master in Social Psychology from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (PSI/UERJ). He has a degree in Literature (Portuguese and Brazilian Literature) from Universidade Estácio de Sá (UNESA). He is currently a professor at the State Department of Education of Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC/RJ), researcher at the Laboratory of Technological Innovation in Health at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. He is a guest professor at the Multidisciplinary Institute of Human Training with Technology at the State University of Rio de Janeiro (IFHT/UERJ) coordinating Extension and Postgraduate projects. He has experience in the areas of Education and Human Training, working on the following topics: technological mediation, learning, prison education, prison health education and Public Policies. Specialized in Education for people deprived of liberty, he works as a consultant on the subject.
