Oscarina Martins holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of Porto, a
Masters in Management Sciences from University of Porto and is currently a PhD student in
Social Sustainability and Development from Universidade Aberta. She also has a Post-
Graduation in Healthcare Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a nondegree
PhD in Management from University of Porto.
She is working in the Department of Fundo de Salvaguarda at Património Cultural, I.P., Portugal
and collaborates on the Center for Global Studies (CEG-UAb). She also collaborates in the
teaching activities of the Post-Graduation in Health Quality Management from Universidade
Católica Portuguesa.
Her main interests and research areas include Economics, Management, Healthcare, Culture,
Sustainable Development and Sustainability Assessment.
