Nuno Vidal

Professor in the Department of Social Sciences and Management at Universidade Aberta, with a PhD in Political Science from King’s College London. His areas of specialization focus on development and democratization, decoloniality, and human rights, particularly in Southern Africa and the Global South. He is the coordinator of the research project “Pluralism, Democratization, and Electoral Integrity,” which has been active for several years and has numerous publications in these fields, including books and scientific articles available at www.pedeiam.com.
