Naira Libermann

Doctor in Education Sciences from UTAD Portugal, Master in Administration from UFRGS (2001), with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration from PUCRS (1993) and a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (Full Degree) from PUCRS (1988). Former Executive Director of SEBRAE/RS Brazilian Small Business Service, currently serving as the Coordinator of IDEAR Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at PUCRS. She has also been the Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Center at PUCRS, a professor at the School of Business at PUCRS, and the Director of CRIARE Business Consulting. Her expertise lies in the fields of Administration and Adult Education, with a focus on small businesses, entrepreneurship, strategic business management, business networks, and innovation management.
