Marta Covita

Marta Covita has a degree in History, specializing in Art History, from the Faculty of Arts of Lisbon, and a master’s degree in History, specializing in Egyptology, from FCSH/New University of Lisbon, with a thesis titled “Documentary and Archaeological Photography on Pharaonic Egypt: The photographic explorations of Francis Frith, Maxime du Camp, and John Beasley Greene”. She is a History tutor at Universidade Aberta, teaching courses on History and Culture of Pre-Classical Civilizations – History and Culture of Classical Civilizations. Simultaneously, she works as a freelance photographer and videographer.
