Graduate, Specialist, and Master in Administration with an emphasis on Strategic Planning for higher education institutions. Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Transdisciplinary Transformative Education and Teacher Training. She is the Executive Director of Ecoversidade InterSer and the Co-founder and Educational Director of the non-governmental organization Associação Gente de Bem. At the Business School of PUCPR, she is a professor and serves as the Leader of the Sustainability area within the HUB for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability, where she coordinated an international project with the European Union. She has also managed the Community Projects Center and worked as a specialist at the Observatory of Education for Solidarity within the Directorate of Identity and Mission at PUCPR. She is a member of the Network of Professors in the Academy Program of the Institute for Citizenship and Corporate Innovation (ICE). Invited by Ashoka University Latin America, she has served as the host for the Brazil Community in the training of university professors in education for social innovation within the Commons Latin America Program, where she also acted as a mentor.
