Mahsa Mapar

She is currently an Invited Assistant Professor in the Department of Science and Technology at Universidade Aberta (UAb), a Researcher at CEG- Center for Global Studies, UAb, and a Research collaborator at CENSE – Center for Sustainability and Environmental Research, Nova University Lisbon, Portugal. She has a PHD in Environmental Management, an M.Sc. in Environmental Management- Health, Safety, and Environment, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering. Her research and teaching areas focus on sustainability assessment and management from global scale to public sectors, in particular instruments to support sustainability assessment or management (indicators, indices, standards), sustainability in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and e-learning in teaching environmental and sustainability sciences.
