Graduated in Classical Studies, João Diogo Loureiro holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Coimbra. In his doctoral thesis, he explored the concept of happiness and its political reflections in the thought of Aristotle, Aquinas and Spinoza. He is currently finishing a master’s degree in Publishing. He is active in the areas of Political Philosophy, Early Modern Philosophy (particularly Spinoza), Ancient Philosophy and Early Christian Studies, and has a growing interest in the History of the Book.
