Henrique Manuel da Silva Pereira

Professor at the School of Arts, UCP-Porto, he is the scientific coordinator of the Master’s program in Creative Industries Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Culture from the University of Aveiro (UA) and is a member of the Center for Research in Science and Technology of the Arts (CITAR). He coordinates the projects “Revisiting/Discovering Guerra Junqueiro” and “Guerra Junqueiro, Memory of a Century.” He serves as a referee for scientific journals in the fields of culture, literature, and cinema. 

As a journalist, screenwriter, and producer/director (trained at the New York Film Academy), he has created short and feature films. He has produced, directed, and hosted radio programs (RR, RFM, and Antena 2). He also founded and directed the theater group “Gente Animosa” (More Knowledge University Program).
