Professor and Tutor at Claretiano Centro Universitário, both in-person and online, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law, including Labor Law, Civil Law, Labor Procedural Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Civil Law and Constitution, Electoral Procedural Law, Study of Law, Conflict Management and Negotiation, Fundamentals of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, and Constitutional Principles of Civil Procedure. Coordinator of the postgraduate course in GRC – Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance. Coordinator of SAJU – Legal Assistance Services, linked to the NPJ – Legal Practice Center at Claretiano Rede de Educação. Member of GEDED – Group of Studies in Law, Justice, and Development at Claretiano Rede de Educação. Currently pursuing a PhD in Global Studies at Universidade Aberta in Lisbon, Portugal. Researcher at the Chair of Global Studies, CIPSH – International Council for Philosophy and Humanistic Studies. He is also a student of Philosophy (Bachelor’s degree) at Claretiano Centro Universitário. Holds a Master’s degree in Law from UNAERP – University of Ribeirão Preto, focusing on the Realization of Collective Rights and Citizenship. Graduated in Law from UNESP – São Paulo State University, Franca-SP. Specialized in Law of Obligations with an emphasis on Labor Law from UNESP – São Paulo State University, São José do Rio Preto – SP. Also holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
