PhD in History at University of Évora (2021), Master’s degree in management and enhancement of cultural and industrial heritage from the Erasmus Mundus TPTI program – Techniques, Landscapes and Territories of Industry by University of Paris I, Padova and Évora (2012) and degree in History and Heritage at University of Évora (2008). He has been developing studies in history and industrial heritage, with a focus on the marble sector, their production, trade, heritage, tourism and landscape changes. In the last few years, looking for new interdisciplinary paths in the actors and memories scope of the extractive and processing industry. He is the author of several scientific articles and book chapters on industrial heritage and Portuguese marble.
