António Duarte Lobo de Carvalho

Entered the Military Academy in 1994, completing a Bachelor’s degree in Military Sciences – Guarda Nacional Republicana and joining the permanent staff of this Security Force in 2000. Completed a Master’s degree in Military Sciences in 2016 and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences – minor in psychology in 2021, from Universidade Aberta. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Intercultural Relations at Universidade Aberta since November 15NOV21. He is a National Defense Auditor and Internal Security Auditor.
