Américo Pereira

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Catholic University of Portugal. In his teaching activity he has taught at the Faculties of Theology and Human Sciences, as well as at the Institute of Health Sciences of the Catholic University of Portugal, the disciplines in the area of History of Ancient Philosophy, Axiology and Ethics, Bioethics, Ontology, Philosophy of Work and Technique, Philosophy of Religion, Epistemology, Philosophy of Language, Philosophy of Art and Technique,  Philosophical Anthropology, Religious Anthropology, Socio-anthropology of Health in addition to several specialty seminars in the same areas. He is the author of eighteen books, co-author of three and has authored twenty-nine chapters as well as two chapters in minute books. He has forty-eight scientific articles published in national and foreign scientific journals. He has two hundred and nine articles of various types published online in national and international publications. It also has reviews, articles in dictionaries and encyclopedias, and translations in several languages.
