Aida Sampaio Lemos

Professor and researcher. Linguistic supervisor of the Obra Completa do Padre António Vieira (published in 30 volumes by Círculo de Leitores, 2013-2015), Coordinator of the source edition of the Obras Pioneiras da Cultura Portuguesa (published in 30 volumes by Círculo de Leitores, 2016-2019), and the Obra Completa de Fernando Oliveira (published in 8 volumes (ongoing) by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation). Integrated researcher at the Center for Global Studies of Aberta University and member of the CIPSH Chair of Global Studies at Aberta University, within which she is one of the coordinators and the linguistic supervisor of ongoing projects, namely “Dicionário Padre António Vieira”, “Obra Completa de Fernando Oliveira”, and “Obra Completa do Marquês de Pombal”. She completed her Master’s degree in “Teaching Portuguese Language and Literature” in 1997, with the dissertation A Primeira Partida de Afonso X. Glossário e contributos para o estudo linguístico, and her Ph.D. in “Galician and Portuguese Philology” in 2010, with the thesis Os Sete Tratados Cartusianos. Edição e Glossário.
